We are looking for backend engineers to join our team to help improve critical product infrastructure, with a focus on building systems that have a great developer experience and will scale as we grow.</p> <p>We currently have openings on:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Asynchronous Serving: </strong>The Asynchronous Serving team is scaling critical systems used by Airtable’s most essential and up-and-coming product features, especially AI features. Upcoming projects include refactoring our background task queue to track its tasks in DynamoDB, adding quality of service to the job queue, and revamping a streaming service to handle 10x scale while being more resilient.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Compute:</strong> The compute pod builds and manages our <a class="c-link c-link--underline" href="https://medium.com/airtable-eng/managing-kubernetes-resources-across-multiple-clusters-ec4b3a58005c" target="_blank" data-stringify-link="https://medium.com/airtable-eng/managing-kubernetes-resources-across-multiple-clusters-ec4b3a58005c" data-sk="tooltip_parent">Kubernetes-based platform</a> that support
